  • Five-Soldier Team Concept: Embracing a decentralized approach to knowledge dissemination, the Army plans to train “H2F integrators” within divisions. These integrators will then impart their expertise to soldiers within their brigades, ensuring widespread adoption of H2F principles and practices.
  • Curriculum Expansion: The H2F program is set to undergo further development with the inclusion of the Pregnancy Postpartum Physical Training (P3T) program and the creation of new qualification and training courses. Additionally, the Army has selected CoachMePlus for data collection and tracking in a wearables pilot, underscoring its commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize soldier performance.
